1. Tinggikan kedudukan kaki ketika tidur
2. Cuba angkat kaki yang mengalami masalah foot drop itu dengan merangsang otak
3. Gunakan kain atau tuala untuk mengangkat kaki yang mengalami foot drop dengan kiraan 15
4. Rangsangkan kaki dengan benda benda berlainan permukaan seperti benda keras, tajam, lembut dan pelbagai rasa sentuhan
Buat masa ini, ini dulu terapi dan rangsangan yang perlu aku lakukan untuk merangsang kembali saraf di kaki. Masih ada harapan untuk kaki ini naik walaupun tidak banyak katanya lah... Aku juga optimis... Dan cuba membuang pesimis dalam hal ini. Insyaallah. Agaknya masih ada harapan kalau kita berusaha.
